This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the HUMME official website, specializing in women’s yoga apparel, activewear, and loungewear. This policy clearly defines the terms, conditions, procedures, and eligibility rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all customers. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses listed in this Refund Policy. HUMME reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

1. General Return & Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality, comfortable, and functional women’s yoga wear for fitness, studio training, and daily casual wear. We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. To qualify for a full or partial refund, all returned items must meet strict eligibility standards.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, stained, altered, washed, or damaged due to personal use will not be eligible for refunds. For hygiene and health safety reasons, all yoga bottoms, padded yoga tops, and close-fitting activewear are strictly non-returnable if the packaging is opened or the product has been tried on for long-term wear.
Custom-sized products, discounted clearance items, and promotional bundle products are final sales and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund Application

HUMME accepts customer refund requests for legitimate reasons only. Valid scenarios include product manufacturing defects, wrong item shipment, size or color shipping errors caused by our team, and severely damaged goods during transportation.
We clearly display detailed size charts, model wearing data, fabric descriptions, and product specifications on every product detail page. Personal size mismatch, personal style dislike, or subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction do not count as valid refund reasons. However, we provide friendly exchange services for size issues to offer better shopping experiences for our customers.

3. Return Application Process

Customers who meet the refund eligibility requirements need to complete the official return process first. Do not send returns without prior notification. Firstly, contact our customer support team via official email: support@hhmsites.com. Please include your order number, product name, quantity, and detailed reason for return, along with clear photos or videos of the product status.
Our support team will review your application within 24–48 business hours and send you a formal return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. All returned items must be shipped with the assigned RA number attached to the package. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and will not receive any refund processing.
After we receive and inspect your returned package to confirm the product meets return standards, we will initiate your refund or exchange procedure.

4. Shipping Fee Rules

Shipping fees vary based on refund responsibility. If returns are caused by our official errors, including defective products, wrong shipments, or missing items, HUMME will bear all return shipping fees and provide full refunds for product and original shipping costs.
If customers initiate voluntary returns for eligible non-quality issues, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable. We do not cover shipping fees for customer personal reasons such as inappropriate size or unsatisfactory style.

5. Refund Processing Time & Method

All qualified refunds will be processed to your original payment method. After successful product inspection, we will complete the refund initiation within 3–5 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your bank institution or payment platform processing rules, which usually takes 7–14 business days.
HUMME is not responsible for payment platform delays, bank handling fees, or currency conversion losses generated during refund transactions. Partial refunds will be applied for products with minor man-made damage or incomplete accessories after official evaluation.

6. Order Cancellation Rules

Customers can cancel their orders free of charge before the products are shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation requests will be regarded as post-delivery return applications and need to follow our standard return policy rules.
